Adroit Construction’s Story
Adroit’s leadership team believes that a vibrant health care system is essential to a community where their families, employees, clients and neighbors can thrive.
Generosity Unites
Owners Steve Lawrence and Bob Mayers grew Adroit from a two-man shop to a company of more than 120, based in Ashland. President Jason Stranberg and CEO Tom Walker both grew up there, benefiting from youth programs supported by generous business and community leaders who came together for the greater good. Today, they carry on that tradition.
In philanthropy, as in business, Adroit is known for creating tangible outcomes. That’s just what happened when they united with Asante to expand the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. As a result of that gift and Adroit’s ongoing support of the Children’s Miracle Network, each year hundreds of babies – born too soon and too small – receive expert care at the region’s only NICU.
“Working together to build lasting results is what Adroit Construction does, and this is the unifying principle behind our philanthropic partnership with Asante.”
—Adroit Construction
