Suzanne, a grateful patient, shares her gratitude:
In May 2019, I was told that with my type and stage of cancer, I would not survive more than two to four months. And now, here I am, celebrating the first, second, third, fourth, and now, the fifth Thanksgiving and holiday season that I was not supposed to have.
Words cannot begin to say how very grateful I am to have some of the very best providers, the entire Asante Heimann Cancer Center team, who, every day, work steadfastly on our behalf, and to you, the donors, who help make this facility and its services possible.
Your continuing support, in whatever way it might be, for people like me and our families; people who find themselves in need of your help so that we can have another year, or even one more month, is an incredible gift towards giving each and everyone one of us hope and a chance.
Without you, I wouldn’t be here. My family wouldn’t have me. It’s the whole world to us. THANK YOU! Your kindness and generosity is what makes fighting cancer as a team the success that Asante Heimann Cancer Center has become.
